The Village Board meeting and Committee of the Whole meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, July 21 starting at 7:30 p.m. The meetings will be held in-person and remotely. There is a limit of 12 in-person seats for the public in the board room at Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive. Face coverings/masks are required for those entering the building. Burke Engineering for the construction management services for the Maker's Park Multi-use path project; accept & approve an agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering for Phase 2 design engineering master agreement for the Main Street Roundabout/Harrison St. bike path; approval of expenses & meeting minutes; fifth continuation of proclamation of local disaster emergency for the Village of Algonquin; financial resiliency plan update; and authorize Village Manager & attorney to execute documents for the purchase of the property at 20 Washington St., Algonquin.

The Committee of the Whole will begin at 7:45 p.m. or immediately following the Village Board meeting. Agenda items include amend zoning ordinance and approve a special use permit for addition of 2 dwelling units at 1226 S. Main Street and consider an agreement with Utility Dynamics for the installation of dry utility conduits across Crystal Creek.
