The Village Board meeting for Tuesday, August 4th will take place in-person and remotely at the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive starting at 7:30 p.m. There is a limit of 12 in-person seats available for the public. (Masks must be worn inside the building.) Please refer to agenda for instructions regarding submitting public comments and listening to the meeting via phone/zoom. The following items are on the agenda: move to appoint trustee as acting President to fill the vacancy of the Village Board President for the remaining portion of President John Schmitt's term; moment of silence/tribute to John Schmitt; approve previous meeting minutes; ordinance amending section 21.12-C special use to add dwelling units above the main floor in B-1 &B-2 zoning districts; special use permit approving 2 dwelling units on the second story at 1226 S. Main Street; resolution waiving the bidding process & accept & approve agreement with Utility Dynamics of the dry utility conduits across Crystal Creek; approve bills and expenses.
