Two Village of Algonquin meetings are scheduled on Tuesday, October 19th at 2200 Harnish Drive starting at 7:30 p.m. The Village Board meeting will be adopting a resolution for emergency watermain repair for Victoria Court with Martam Construction; approving a seasonal event permit for Algonquin Lions Club Christmas tree sales for Nov. 11-Dec. 23; approving a event/entertainment license for the Algonquin Lions Club Thanksgiving 5K on Nov. 25; approving bills for payment; approving previous meeting minutes; passing a resolution authorizing the acquisition of 7 South Main Street; and presentation on Comprehensive Annual Financial report/supplementary information. The Committee of the Whole will begin at 7:45 p.m. or immediately following the Board meeting. Agenda items include: Algonquin Advantage Economic Dev. presentation; amendment to Ch. 21.10 of Algonquin Municipal Code; consider annex, preliminary plat of subdivision, preliminary PUD, and zoning annexation (NorthPoint Alg.
