The Village Board will be meeting on Tuesday, December 6 starting at 7:15 p.m. for the Public Hearing on a proposed Special Service Area (SSA) for outlots at NorthPoint Algonquin Corporate Campus. You might wonder what's a SSA? Once approved, a SSA would allow the Village to collect a determined % from the property owner if the party failed to maintain the designated water retention/open space area.
